Welcome to Plettenberg Shuttles's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.
2. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
3. Payment for services must be made in full prior to the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation of 100% booking fee.
5. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the transport service.
6. Plettenberg Shuttles reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is disruptive or poses a danger.
7. All vehicles are equipped with necessary safety measures. Clients must adhere to safety instructions provided by the chauffeur.
8. Any changes to the scheduled service must be communicated to Plettenberg Shuttles as soon as possible.
